AdsWizz Adds leanStream to Roster

Deal expands streaming and monetization alternatives for over-the-air radio broadcasters

AdsWizz has added content delivery network leanStream to its partner roster, bringing to 27 the number of such partners that have integrated the AdsWizz ad insertion and ad serving technology.

Toronto-based leanStream specializes in streaming media software and tools for radio broadcasters and online audio services.

AdsWizz says the deal allows it to expand alternatives for over-the-air radio broadcasters to stream content online and to monetize that content with targeted ads. Because AdsWizz content delivery partners each have their own specialties, its broadcaster customers can choose the service that best fits their needs while still having access to AdsWizz’s suite of monetization services, according to the company.

“We’ve been helping radio broadcasters monetize their online audiences for years, by offering digital ad-serving technology and through AdWave, a global audio ad exchange,” said AdsWizz CEO Alexis van de Wyer. “We are committed to offering our solutions to audio publishers in a turnkey and flexible way, and integrating our technology with an expanding roster of content delivery networks allows us to do that.”
