The game of speculating if and when a satellite merger will be approved continues.
Analysts at Cowen & Co. wrote this week that a Justice Department decision was “imminent,” expected in the next three to six weeks.
“We expect DoJ approval and a split FCC decision in favor,” the analysts said in a report circulated by the merger’s proponents.
