APT has hired Malachy O'Dolan as field applications engineer for the Australasia region.

O'Dolan studied electronics and communications engineering at the University of Ulster and has held positions with the BBC in the United Kingdom, RTÉ in Ireland, and TCN Channel 9 and Sydney Opera House in Australia. Most recently, he has worked in the RF field contracting for clients including Australian Department of Sustainability.

"I am excited at the prospect of working with APT. Since my appointment I have enjoyed renewing old acquaintances in the radio and audio world as well as making new contacts in the Asia region. My role is to provide support for APT customers and technical solutions for new projects and I am thoroughly enjoying the challenges of the job so far," he stated.
