Arbitron adds that market to its spring 2005 radio survey schedule. It says the area has an estimated population of 102,600 persons 12+. It said it will survey approximately one out of every 218 area residents twice each year.
The McGraw-Elliott Media Group is the local broadcaster working with Arbitron. It has five radio stations in Central West Virginia.
GSM Brian Elliott called the area a growing region with a large number of local businesses and national chain stores moving in.
