The annual Army-Navy football game doesn’t have the high-end importance it once had, but it still has a huge following and hefty cultural weight.
This weekend the 113th meeting of the two military academies takes place in Philadelphia and it will be carried on radio by Dial Global Sports, starting at 2 p.m., Eastern time. It will also be available online at www.dialglobalsports.com, on SiriusXM satellite radio and the American Forces Radio Network.
Guests scheduled to make appearances during pregame programming or during the game itself include Pro Football Hall of Famer, College Football Hall of Famer, Heisman Trophy winner and former Navy star Roger Staubach (he also won a Super Bowl along the way), Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff and Sec. of the Navy Ray Mabus.
