High-frequency antenna and dish manufacturer ASC Signal Corp., has announced a deal with Kuwait’s Al-Rashed Holdings for equipment for Kuwait’s Ministry of Information.
The equipment listed includes 5.6-meter Ku and DBS band satellite dishes, a Next Generation Controller management unit and supporting equipment for the MoI’s facility in Kuwait City. The design of the system is multifrequency.
The equipment is to be used for distribution of programming for the Middle East and African markets through Nilesat and Arabsat satellites.
