The commission will not accept FM commercial and noncommercial minor change applications between Jan. 31 and Feb. 10, 2011.
That’s the application filing window for short-form (Form 175) applications for Auction 91.
The agency also has frozen applications proposing to modify the reference coordinates of any of the 144 FM channels involved in the auction as well as petitions or counterproposals that propose any change in channel, class, community or reference coordinates for the 144 channels.
The freeze will remain in effect until the day after the deadline for Auction 91 long-form applications.
