Beasley Plays Up HD Radio in Format Switch

Beasley is taking a digital tack in its promotion of a format switch in Augusta, Ga.
Beasley “today announces that HD 98.3 WHHD(FM), a top 40-formatted station, is replacing WSLT(FM) Lite 98, a soft AC-formatted station,” it stated in a press release Thursday.
The station promotes the combination of “great top 40 hits” and “the state-of-the-art CD quality sound, made possible by HD Radio technology.”
