Hobart, Tasmania-based Energy FM, a dance music station located at 87.8 MHz on the FM dial and on the Internet, recently obtained a BW Broadcast DSPXtra-FM processor from Total Audio Solutions.
The DSPXtra is a six-band processor with an onboard Ariane RMS leveler, which has helped boost audio quality for FM listeners in Hobart and the surrounding areas, as well as for online listeners worldwide.
Station owner Mark Howell said of the new processor, “The installation of the BW Broadcast DSPXtra audio processor has dramatically improved the audio quality of our transmitter output.”
