Capital Company to Acquire Media Touch Parent OMT

Capital pool company Western e-com has agreed to acquire issued and outstanding securities of Media Touch Systems parent company OMT Technologies. WEC would get outstanding shares of OMT for an aggregate acquisition price of $3.5 million, at $.50 per share.
Canada-based OMT is a broadcast equipment wholesaler, custom application software programmer and pre-packaged computer software publisher. It acquired the Media Touch technology, trade name and client base in 1995.
