Citadel Spins Off Business

MediaSpan said it has acquired Web site and e-mail technologies and services developed by radio group owner Citadel Communications. Terms were not disclosed.
MediaSpan is a media technology company with headquarters in North Carolina; its investors include Covestco-Seteura LLC, Rustic Canyon Group, Southeast Interactive Technology Funds and media companies.
Citadel will remain a customer of the product line.
