Clear Channel, one of several groups subpoenaed in a payola probe, said it is cooperating with New York Attorney General Elliot Spitzer.
In a statement, the radio group said it has strict internal policies prohibiting payola and investigates any such allegations. The media firm issued the statement after word came Monday of Sony’s $10 million settlement with the New York Attorney General’s office in a payola investigation.
