Clear Channel Taps Top Management

Clear Channel Communications has formalized the new management team of Clear Channel Radio.
Randy Michaels, former president of the company, has been promoted to chairman and CEO of Clear Channel Radio.
Kenneth J. O’Keefe, currently chairman and CEO of AMFM Radio, will join Michaels as the president and COO of Clear Channel Radio when the merger between the two companies closes later this year.
