NPR isn’t the only broadcaster appealing the recent decision by the Copyright Royalty Board to raise its rates for music streamed over the Web.
The Intercollegiate Broadcasting System filed a request to a federal appeals court in Washington. IBS is a party to CRB proceedings representing more than 1,000 high school and college radio stations that simulcast Webcast and direct Webcast.
