Congress Looks at Indecency

A subcommittee of the House Energy and Commerce Committee has slated a hearing on the FCC’s enforcement efforts for broadcast indecency for Jan. 28. Subcommittee chair Rep. Fred Upton, R-Mich., will lead the hearing.
