Critics Bewail Cuts in 'Mother Tongue' at VOA

That's former VOA official Alan Heil speaking to the Washington Post about moves by the IBB, reported here last week, to deemphasize English radio broadcasts, among other services, in favor of services in the Middle East and to fight terrorism.
