Cumulus Adds a Second FM in Houston

Cumulus signed a deal to buy KVST(FM) in La Porte, Texas, from New Wavo Communication Group for $32.2 million, with all but $1 million of that in Cumulus stock, the rest in cash. The group expects to close the deal and sign the station on next year.
