Matt Raback
Cumulus Media has promoted 17-year radio sales executive Matt Raback to vice president/market manager for Cumulus’ six-station cluster in York-Lancaster-Reading, Pa. The company also has made changes in its Flint, Mich., operations by promoting August Wallace to operations manager for the cluster and named Tim Shickles as program director for WFBE(FM) and WTRX(AM).
August Wallace
Raback was previously vice president of sales, for Cumulus Media-York-Lancaster-Reading, and prior to that served as sales manager for Cumulus Harrisburg, Pa.
Tim Shickles
In Flint, Wallace was brought up internally. She’ll remain PD for WDZZ(FM), where she’s been working for 10 years. Shickles has been at Cumulus-Flint for seven years. Both are also on-air personalities.
