Cumulus Q2 Net Revenue Grows 5.0%

Cumulus Media said net revenues for the second quarter increased $14.7 million to $69.8 million, a 26.7% increase for the same period last year, primarily due to acquisitions completed in Q1. Station operating expenses increased $4.1 million to $40.8 million, an 11.2% increase over the same period last year. Broadcast cash flow increased $10.6 million in the quarter to $29.0 million, up 57.8% from Q2 of 2001.
