Genelec Oy has tapped Danmon Asia Ltd. to be its master distributor in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
“It is a region with great potential for commercial development, not least in the television, radio and studio recording markets on which we primarily focus,” said Genelec Sales Director Mikko Tuomi.
Based in Finland, Genelec produces loudspeakers for professional monitoring, audio-visual installations and domestic audio listening. Its professional monitor range includes nearfield, midfield and main monitors, as well as subwoofers intended for applications in sound studios, broadcasters and concert halls.
Danmon Asia is part of the privately owned collection of international companies known as Dan Technologies Group, which is an audio, video, transmission products, digital media solutions, systems integration and supporting service provider.
