Denon Enlarges CD/Cassette Deck Line

Denon Enlarges CD/Cassette Deck Line

Denon Electronics is staying busy on the product front, introducing a CD/cassette combo deck and upgrading another.
The DN-T645 has pro playback features, cassette recording functions and routing and external control options. The CD mechanism supports the CD and CD-R/RW formats, as well as MP3 file playback from a compact disc, through front-end playback options. CD features include single and continuous play modes, program play for 99 tracks and three repeat modes.
The cassette section has Dolby B/C Noise Reduction and the Dolby HX-Pro Headroom Extension System. The REC Input source is switchable between internal CD and external line input, and can be combined with the integrated Mic Input section. The system uses RCA and XLR inputs (switchable balanced/unbalanced), RCA and XLR output jacks, and an XLR Mono output switch.
Also, the model DN-T620 was upgraded to the DN-T625 CD/cassette deck with functions and features similar to the DN-T645. It now uses RS-232C remote control, which allows the platform to be controlled by remote systems such as AMX and Crestron.
