EAS Fine in Pennsylvania Affirmed

The FCC is fining the owner of WWCB(AM) in Corry, Pa., for violations of the EAS rules.
The commission said it issued the original notice of the $8,000 fine in December and the station has not filed a response since. The licensee is Corry Communications.
