The FCC now offers its EAS handbooks for radio, TV, satellite, cable and wireless both in English and in Spanish.
In a recent letter, the Independent Spanish Broadcasters Association told the commission that without a Spanish version, a portion of the population is “vulnerable to the life or death consequences of natural disasters, threats and attacks to our country.”
