Recent radio station sales news that has crossed the Radio World sales desk …
Compass Radio Group has acquired three Myrtle Beach, S.C. area properties from Fidelity Broadcast. The stations are WEZV(FM), WGTN(FM) and WYEZ(FM). The total price is $1,600,000. Georg Reed of Media Services Group repped the seller.
To the north, QC Communications sold WFAI(AM), Salem, N.J., and WJKS(FM), Canton, N.J., listed for the Wilmington, Del., market, to Delmarva Broadcasting Co. for $3,250,000. Larry Patrick of Patrick Communications was the broker.
