The Media Services Group has announced a pair of sales.
The Educational Media Foundation purchased WHWT(FM) of New Hope, Ala., in Northern Alabama, from Stroh Communications. MSG’s Eddie Esserman was the broker.
In Indiana, Northeast Indiana Public Radio sold its construction permit for W258BY to Fort Wayne Catholic Radio Group. The CP is in the Fort Wayne, Ind., area. The price was $113,000. MSG’s Chicago-based Bob Heymann represented the seller while Jon Yinger of Broadcast Properties represented the seller.
