Emmis Communications has chosen Chuck Williams to serve as senior vice president and market manager for its four-station Indianapolis cluster. He will have responsibility for WYXB(FM), WIBC(FM), WLHK(FM), WFNI(FM) as well as statewide news service Network Indiana.

Williams was named interim Emmis New York market manager in January 2016, and he now succeeds Charlie Morgan, who served as SVP/market manager since 2009.
Prior to these positions, Williams has served as Radio One’s Indianapolis market manager for 11 years, as well as leadership of Telemundo Indianapolis. Prior to joining Radio One, he was a sales executive and general manager of Bonneville Chicago.
Williams is also a past chairman of the Indiana Broadcasters Association.
