The FCC’s third LPFM application window is Jan. 16 through Jan. 22. The commission delayed the latest window to see what would happen with LPFM legislation in Congress.
The commission will accept LPFM applications from eligible groups or individuals from: American Samoa, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Missouri, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
