The commission affirmed a $10,000 fine for James Leger for repeatedly operating a station without a license in Lake Worth, Florida. The agency issued a Notice of Apparent Liability to Leger in April and said he has not responded. Payment is due within 30 days or, the case may be referred to the Department of Justice for collection.
