Former NetTest CEO Tapped as Dielectric GM

Dielectric appointed John Chapman to broadcast general manager. He had been president and chief operating officer at Beaverton, Ore.-based NetTest’s Optical Group, and will now be based out of Dielectric’s Raymond, Maine headquarters. Prior to that position, Chapman served as president for SpecTran Communication Fiber Technologies. He holds a BS in Physics from the University of Lowell, and an MS in electrical engineering from Northeastern University.
