Randall Wichinski has been named vice president and chief financial officer of Gentner Communications Corp. Wichinski, currently a member of Gentner’s board of directors, replaces Susie Strohm. Strohm remains vice president in the company and will assume the role of controller.
Wichinski will be responsible for setting and executing Gentner’s financial and tax
strategies and for all financial reporting. He will also be the primary executive-level contact with the financial community.
Strohm will be responsible for strategic operational planning, including proactively managing expenses, controlling margins, and management of day-to-day financial issues.
