Audacy Chief Technology Officer Sarah Foss is leaving the company, according to a post on LinkedIn. She said Friday was her last day.

Steve Rollins has been hired as its chief information officer.

“Steve will work closely with CFO Rick Rosenthal and others to align our technology with our business and operations needs,” an Audacy spokesman said. “As part of his duties, he will oversee all IT and technical operations.”

According to his posted bio, “Rollins has spent the last five years working with both startups and private equity firms to analyze and implement more efficient organizations and processes.” He has held roles at the SESAC Companies and Reed Elsevier.

The recently reorganized company has announced a number of top-level management changes and departures in the past two months, including naming a new CEO, Kelli Turner.

Sarah Foss did not give an indication of where she will head next. Radio World reached out to her for comment.

“If I was to highlight the amazing experience, incredible people and outstanding partners, I would be posting forever,” she wrote on LinkedIn.

“We innovated.  We cut costs.  We modernized.  We got scrappy.  We held virtual planning events.  We went back to the office. The ups&downs&transformation&changes&memories are some of the best I’ve had.”

Foss joined what was then called Entercom in 2020 as CIO and became CTO the next year. Prior roles include stints at Freewheel, Imagine Communications, Encompass Digital Media, Harris Corp. and PBS.
