Brian Gibbons has left CPB and begun a new position at NTIA.
He had been media technologies director at CPB, in charge of digital radio grants. Now, he’ll be handling low-power TV and TV translator projects at NTIA.
Djinni Field is now radio digital grants manager and Dianne Yoo is radio digital grants coordinator for CPB, which I had reported from the NAB Show.
