Richard Frank has been appointed director of international sales for Harris Broadcast Communications, a new position. He reports to Jay Batista, VP of worldwide sales and marketing.
Frank was director of international business for R.A. Jones and Co. and has worked for Cincinnati Milacron in various sales posts. Frank holds a BA degree in economic history from the University of Maryland, home of the NCAA champion Maryland Terrapins, and an MBA degree in International Business from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), Glendale, Ariz.
