Los Angeles-based noncommercial radio station KCRW(FM) has snagged what looks to be a primo gig — running a music festival at the Sundance Film Festival, Jan. 18–20, 2014, in Park City, Utah.
KCRW will work with sponsor Acura. The free performances will run from 9:30 p.m. to midnight at the Music Café. The lineup is still a work in progress.
KCRW Music Director Jason Bentley along with DJ Anne Litt are expected to participate. The performances will also air on KCRW. The station worked with Sundance on music performances during the 2013 festival as well.
