Canopy and tent provider KD Kanopy is sponsoring a golf tournament to help “Kids in Crisis,” a Denver-based family crisis center that shelters children ages 8–10.
It hopes to make the golf tourney an annual event.
The company wants to raise money for the center to put toward medical care, mental health treatment, on-site schooling, counseling and visitation. It’s asking those who wish to help to donate a prize for a raffle, or a monetary donation.
Golf tournament costs are $600 per team, or $150 per player. Cost includes 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, prizes, raffles and silent auction. Proceeds go directly to Kids in Crisis.
