The FCC has accepted a consent decree between its Media Bureau and Fiesta Radio in a dispute involving KSUN(AM) in Phoenix.
At issue was the station’s application for renewal and its past maintenance of its public file. The station agreed to pay $10,000 to the government in a “voluntary contribution” and to institute a compliance plan.
