Lanser Buys in North Carolina

Central Wyoming station sold

Recent radio stations sales announcements have crossed Radio World’s sales desk.

On the outer banks of North Carolina, WBNK(FM) in Pine Knoll Shores has been purchased by Lanser Broadcasting for $275,000. The seller was the Tower Investment Trust. The broker was Hadden & Associates.

In another Hadden-brokered deal, WBNM(AM/FM) in Alexander City, Ala., was purchased by Westburg Broadcasting Montgomery. The sellers were Pat Jerrell and Alabama Christian Radio. The price was $120,000.

In central Wyoming, the tiny town of Hudson is the location of KTUG(FM), the new property of Spindletop LLC, owned by Larry Patrick. The seller was Higher Calling Communications and the price was $110,000. Broker was Patrick Communications.
