Lawson Releases Tube Mic

Lawson Inc. has introduced the L251 tube mic.
The mic uses a reproduction of the capsule used in the ELAM 251 vintage microphone. The unit features a torroidal output transformer with level handing capability, vanishing distortion, extended frequency response, low frequency contour control, 10 dB pad and variable patterns as well as a cardioid only position for a three to four dB lower noise floor.
The L251 joins the existing line of Lawson mics – the L47 Gold Series.
