Christopher Libertelli has been appointed Legal Advisor to FCC Chairman Michael Powell. Libertelli will advise the chairman on wireline competition-related matters. Since February, 2002, Libertelli has served as Special Counsel for Competition Policy in the Office of the Bureau Chief of the Wireline Competition Bureau.
