Maycom introduces the HandHeld recorder. The recorder, winner of Radio World's Cool Stuff 2000 award, features stereo recording with MPEG Layer 2 encoding. The device is equipped with an internal microphone and records on removable flash memory.
An optional docking station operates as a battery charger, provides stereo inputs and outputs and is equipped with USB for audio transfer between the recorder and a computer.
The unit is compatible with various broadcast storage systems such as David, Netia, Dalet, Co-Star, CCS, Telos, Capsat messenger and many others.
The HandHeld recorder will be shown at the Maycom booth No. 9.421 during IBC 2000 in Amsterdam, Holland.
