When used in combination with the MA6600, the TM2 module enables the MA6600 to become the first stereo receiver offered by McIntosh in more than 15 years.

McIntosh Laboratory introduced the TM2 AM/FM HD Radio Tuner Module. The TM2 is designed to be integrated with the recently shipped MA6600 integrated amplifier.

The company said when used in combination with the MA6600, the TM2 module enables the MA6600 to become the first stereo receiver offered by McIntosh in more than 15 years.

Using a blend feature, consumers can select between auto, digital-only or analog-only modes. The unit comes with a dual-differential AM antenna.

Other key features of the TM2 include multicasting reception and 18 channel presets (nine FM, nine AM). Users may view signal strength, channel and RDS/RBDS Data using the connected MA6600’s front-panel display.
