Media Ownership Specialist Named to FCC

Erin Dozier is the new special advisor on media ownership for the FCC’s Media Bureau.
Dozier most recently served as an attorney advisor in the industry analysis division of the Media Bureau and worked on local television ownership issues during the FCC’s 2002 review of its broadcast ownership rules.
She has also participated in the review of major media mergers, focusing primarily on the effects of proposed transactions on competition, broadband Internet services, and programming.
