Now, the labels, plus other organizations including AFTRA, RIAA and the Future of Music Coalition says Congress and the FCC should look into all promotion practices for radio. Sen. Russ Feingold, D-Wisc., is reportedly preparing legislation to look into how consolidation has affected radio programming and promotion.
