A-Ware Software said its MusicMaster for Windows music scheduling software is being used at a number of installations thanks to expansion of private commercial radio in India.
“Seventy two MusicMaster installations are complete or underway with major broadcasters including KAL Radio Ltd., South-Asia FM Ltd., Malar Publications Ltd., Malayala Manorama FM, Purvy Broadcast Pvt. Ltd., Pan India Network and Radio Today,” the company said.
“India and the surrounding region are experiencing a rebirth of traditional radio, with hundreds of new licenses and operators with new ideas,” stated the supplier’s Joe Knapp.
