Bryce Harlow and Anne Devlin will join NAB in mid-August as directors in the Government Relations department.
Harlow has been a congressional liaison specialist with the Federal Trade Commission since 2001. Prior to that, he worked as a legislative aide to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Devlin, who will be in charge of NAB’s political action committee, has been the PAC administrator of Dell Inc. since 2003. From 1999-2003, she managed the PAC of the International Dairy Foods Association.
Both Harlow and Devlin will report to John Orlando, NAB executive vice president of Government Relations.
