New Staff Head Named For Wireless Bureau

Scott Delacourt is the new head of staff for the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.
As chief of staff/associate bureau chief, Delacourt will oversee strategic planning, assist in bureau management and advise Bureau Chief John Muleta.
Previously, Delacourt served as senior counsel in the Office of General Counsel where he advised the general counsel and the chairman’s office on wireless, international, engineering and technology, and enforcement issues. He worked a prior stint in the Wireless Bureau as legal advisor to former bureau chief Tom Sugrue.
