NFCB Hopes to Encourage Urban LPFMs

Hoping to expand the reach of LPFMs into urban areas, the National Federation of Community Broadcasters is working with a number of organizations.
President Carol Pierson stated in a newsletter to members, “It would be very helpful to hear from full-power stations, especially NPR members, any stories about working with LPFM stations in a positive way.” She also called for stories from LPFM stations about good experiences working with full-power stations.
