NFCB: No Extra Streaming Royalties

NFCB has told the U.S. Copyright Office to say its members should be exempt from streaming fees. NAB and several major radio groups agree, saying radio already pays for music royalties and should not be subject to double taxation if the same programming is streamed over the Web.
