The sat rad merger is not on the FCC’s agenda for its next open meeting.
The commission released a tentative agenda containing three items. One is related to Comcast’s network management practices while another item concerns regulatory fees for 2008. A telephony item rounds out the list.
The commission’s next open meeting is set for Aug. 1.
