This year’s theme for the annual National Religious Broadcasters convention, Feb. 18–21 in Nashville, Tenn., is “Extend Your Reach Through Media.”
The convention agenda includes sessions on fundraising and finances, marketing and promotion, building a ministry along with the equipment displays, hands-on how-tos, educational sessions, speeches, awards presentations and latest from the FCC.
In recent years the show has explored the impact of newer platforms as additional ways to “broadcast” the message.
This year’s show promises to build on that reputation with more about web opportunities, social media and digital technologies. A hot topic will be mobile technologies such as apps and video.
Also unexpected: “Video Game Design: The Wild West for Christians in the Media.”
